A. We do provide the cleaning products unless you have an specific brand or product that you want for us to use.
Q. What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?
A. If no one will be in the House or Business upon our crew arrival, we will need a key and alarm code if apply to access into the property
Q. How much will your cleaning services cost?
A. Price for cleaning services are tailored to your need so we do not have a price list. You can schedule an appointment for a free quote and we will be glad to assist you with that
Q. Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?
A. Most of the time we can accommodate a day for a residential service and we will give you a window time for arrival.
Q. Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?
A. You don't have to be Home when team arrives or either during the cleaning. As long as we can access your Home, we will be fine.
Q. Do you do Airbnb cleaning contracts?
A. We do not provide this service at the moment
Q. What is included in commercial cleaning services?
A. Everything you need to keep your building clean and presentable for your employees and customers from janitorial services (dusting, vacuum, moping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, trash collection and disposal), deep cleaning, floor maintenance (stripping and waxing and carpet cleaning) and COVID 19 preventive sanitization.
Q. Do you provide routine cleaning services for both commercial and residential properties?
A. Yes we do
Q. How will you clean my carpets?
A. We bonnet your carpet with a stripper machine using a carpet pad, carpet shampoo. We spray shampoo on the carpet and run the machine over the carpet and then we vacuum the carpet.
Q. How often should I schedule floor stripping and waxing service?
A. If you do not professionally maintain the floor, you should schedule a stripping and waxing service when you see the floor shine starting to fade. That's a good sign that the wax on the floor is starting to disappear and there is no protection for the floor against scratches.
